The Topliner crosslappers, in combination with the WebMax web profile control and the CLOSED LOOP system, prevent the increased weight of the fabric in the edge areas, the so-called smile effect. This results in excellent fabric uniformity and, thanks to significant material savings, a reduction in material costs. These features are particularly important for lightweight applications on spunlace lines or for heavyweight applications on carpet and geotextile lines.
